    The Cranborne chair is a modern offering for Featuring comfortable, rounded arms and wings the Cranborne chair is perfect for most communal environments and larger bedrooms. The Cranborne chair is upholstered in a beautiful, robust & most importantly waterproof chenille fabric. This style of chair allows for a truly luxury and homely feel whilst allowing for high hygiene standards to be maintained.

    Care Home Chair Construction

    Each of our care home chairs are constructed from solid hardwood beech and birch timber. Each frame is hand crafted from parts in our Salisbury factory and are quality checked at every stage in production. Our frames are fastened, dowelled, glued and screwed for increased durability and as such are offered with a 5 year manufacturers warranty. A combination of metal springs, webbing and high quality, comfortable foam is used ensuring a quality chair finish. All fabrics used are waterproof and meet/exceed the crib 5 fire retardant regulations.

    Can you really get the furniture to me in 5 days? Absolutely! We keep our furniture in stock at our large warehouse facility in Salisbury meaning we can always get your furniture to you in 5 days.

    What are your chairs made from? Our signature care chairs are all constructed from solid birch hardwood frames. These frames are all fastened, doweled, glued & screwed for extra durability. Each chair is then upholstered in waterproof fire retardant fabrics.

    Are your chairs easy to clean? Yes! All of our fabrics have been selected for their ability to be cleaned. We advise NOT removing the seat cushions for machine washing as this can affect their waterproofing.

    Do your chairs come with a warranty? Yes! Due to the high quality construction of our chair frames, we offer a 5 year warranty on all Dayex Signature Care Chairs.

    Care Home Furniture Direct Delivery & room Placement

    Dayex® was born out of a need from our clients to have a fast, easy and reliable delivery service, allowing them to maximise their room occupancy, minimise their room downtime and to reclaim lost revenue streams due to elongated delivery times.

    Our offering is simple and our delivery service even simpler. All of our furniture & curtain ranges found on the website are delivered to room in 5-10 working days or less.

    Delivery Service

    Orders placed before 12pm each day will be delivered in 5 working days for our Signature Collection & 10 working days for our new Autograph Collection.

    Orders are subject to a delivery charge of £59+VAT

    Deliveries north of Manchester currently incur an additional 5days delivery time however every effort will be made to reduce this.

    Deliveries can be made to non-domestic addresses only. This does not include supported living/extra care services. Residential addresses working with domiciliary care agencies will be treated on a case by case basis.

    Returns Policy

    We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However if you are not, we are happy to replace or refund. See below for conditions:

    Returning products:

    • Sale or return returns policy: Goods must be sent back at the same time and on the same delivery vehicle that brought them to you, and signed by the person who placed the order.
    • Products must be in original condition, and in original packaging.
    • Goods can be exchanged at no extra cost to you, provided total order is above our free delivery threshold. Orders below this threshold will be subject to delivery charge.
    • Items that have been modified and or organised as "special" products, i.e. products that are not immediately returnable into stock are non returnable however every effort will be made to ensure a happy arrangement

    Damaged Goods:

    • Goods must be thoroughly checked by customer on delivery prior to delivery personnel leaving the site.
    • Any damage must be reported to delivery personnel and noted on delivery paperwork
    • Any damages reported after goods have been signed for, will not be accepted.
