Constructed from a solid natural beech frame, the Ardenne features integral arms, cross rails and skis for enhanced strength and durability in high use areas. These design features allow us to confidently offer a 5 year warranty on frames.

Each of our Ardenne care home dining chairs are upholstered in a highly durable, anti-microbial and crib5 fire retardant wipe clean vinyl. Ideal for dining rooms where hygiene is of the utmost importance.

Can you really get the Signature collection furniture to me in 5 days? Absolutely! We keep our Signature furniture in stock at our large warehouse facility in Salisbury meaning we can always get your furniture to you in 5 days. Our Autograph collection are available in 10 days.

What are your chairs made from? Care home dining chairs are all constructed from solid beech hardwood frames. Each chair is then upholstered in waterproof fire retardant fabrics.

Can I customise the chair? Yes! Just call our helpful support team on 01722 341 552 if your requirements are different to our “ready to order” options.

Are your chairs easy to clean? Yes! All of our fabrics have been selected for their ability to be cleaned. We advise NOT removing the seat cushions for machine washing as this can affect their waterproofing.

Do your chairs come with a warranty? Yes! Due to the high quality construction of our chair frames, we offer a 5 year warranty on all Dayex care home dining chairs.

Our offering is simple and our delivery service even simpler. All of our furniture & curtain ranges found on the website are delivered to room in 5-10 working days or less.

Delivery Service

Orders placed before 12pm each day will be delivered in 5 working days for our Signature Collection & 10 working days for our new Autograph Collection.

Orders are subject to a delivery charge of £59+VAT

Deliveries north of Manchester currently incur an additional 5days delivery time however every effort will be made to reduce this.

Deliveries can be made to non-domestic addresses only. This does not include supported living/extra care services. Residential addresses working with domiciliary care agencies will be treated on a case by case basis.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However if you are not, we are happy to replace or refund. See below for conditions:

Returning products:

  • Sale or return returns policy: Goods must be sent back at the same time and on the same delivery vehicle that brought them to you, and signed by the person who placed the order.
  • Products must be in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Goods can be exchanged at no extra cost to you, provided total order is above our free delivery threshold. Orders below this threshold will be subject to delivery charge.
  • Items that have been modified and or organised as "special" products, i.e. products that are not immediately returnable into stock are non returnable however every effort will be made to ensure a happy arrangement

Damaged Goods:

  • Goods must be thoroughly checked by customer on delivery prior to delivery personnel leaving the site.
  • Any damage must be reported to delivery personnel and noted on delivery paperwork
  • Any damages reported after goods have been signed for, will not be accepted.
