The Grosvenor Collection

The Grosvenor range has been specifically design and built for the contract & care home environments with tough, easy-to-clean surfaces and no sharp corners. The range has been designed with high contrasting metal handles and solid drawer construction. The unit is supplied with transit castors as standard for easy room placement however castors can be fitted permanently making cleaning under and around the unit very easy. The Grosvenor range is available in a choice of 10 finishes and can be mixed and matched to ensure a unique look and feel for every environment.

    Can you really get the furniture to me in 5 days? Absolutely! We keep our furniture in stock at our large warehouse facility in Salisbury meaning we can always get your furniture to you in 5 days.

    How robust is your bedroom furniture? Our furniture has been specifically designed for the care home and contract markets with features like metal drawer runners, 15mm drawer bases, 170° hinges on doors making our cabinet furniture versatile and robust.

    Does this range come with castors? Yes, the Grosvenor range is available with removable castors for both easy transport/room placement and manoeuvring for cleaning etc.

    Care Home Furniture Direct Delivery & room Placement

    Dayex® was born out of a need from our clients to have a fast, easy and reliable delivery service, allowing them to maximise their room occupancy, minimise their room downtime and to reclaim lost revenue streams due to elongated delivery times.

    Our offering is simple and our delivery service even simpler. All signature ranges found on the dayex.co.uk website or the brochure are delivered to room in 5 working days or less. Our new extended “plus” service is delivered in 10 working days, allowing us to offer a greater extended service for those items where time isn’t as crucial.

    Orders placed before 12pm each day will be delivered in 5 working days for our Signature Collection & 10 working days for our new Autograph Collection.

    Free deliveries on orders over £650+VAT Orders below £650+Vat are subject to a delivery charge of £49+Vat

    Curtain & soft furnishing orders - £12.95 + Vat

    Room placement and assembly (where necessary) on all deliveries, subject to rooms being ready and instructions on delivery. Packaging will be removed from site.

    Deliveries north of Manchester currently incur an additional 5days delivery time however every effort will be made to reduce this.

    Deliveries can be made to non-domestic addresses only. This does not include supported living/extra care services. Residential addresses working with domiciliary care agencies will be treated on a case by case basis.

    Returns Policy

    We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However if you are not, we are happy to replace or refund. See below for conditions:

    Returning products:

    • Sale or return returns policy: Goods must be sent back at the same time and on the same delivery vehicle that brought them to you, and signed by the person who placed the order.
    • Products must be in original condition, and in original packaging.
    • Goods can be exchanged at no extra cost to you, provided total order is above our free delivery threshold. Orders below this threshold will be subject to delivery charge.
    • Items that have been modified and or organised as "special" products, i.e. products that are not immediately returnable into stock are non returnable however every effort will be made to ensure a happy arrangement

    Damaged Goods:

    • Goods must be thoroughly checked by customer on delivery prior to delivery personnel leaving the site.
    • Any damage must be reported to delivery personnel and noted on delivery paperwork
    • Any damages reported after goods have been signed for, will not be accepted.
