The Winscombe Vanity Unit

The Winscombe care home bedroom furniture range is brand new and exclusive to Dayex. Aimed to modernise and uplift resident's bedrooms, the Wincscombe range features stylish feature doors and drawers and highly visible contrast metal handles. Featuring robust 18mm carcasses, 15mm backboards and 15mm drawer bases the Winscombe range has been designed to last. Each door is provided with 170° door hinges and the metal drawer boxes are completed with metal drawer runners. The Winscombe care home bedroom furniture range is delivered on removable transport castors for easy room placement. The vanity unit is the perfect item of furniture to complete your care home bedroom and is supplied with a recessed sink & waste. Additional extras include an adjustable height backboard & elegant mounted mirror cabinet. The sink boasts 2 tap holes and can supply optional taps for ease of use.

Can you really get the furniture to me in 5 days? Absolutely! We keep our furniture in stock at our large warehouse facility in Salisbury meaning we can always get your furniture to you in 5 days.

How robust is your bedroom furniture? Our furniture has been specifically designed for the care home and contract markets with features like metal drawer runners, 15mm drawer bases, 170° hinges on doors making our cabinet furniture versatile and robust.

Does this range come with castors? Yes, the Winscombe range is available with removable castors for both easy transport/room placement and manoeuvring for cleaning etc.

Are taps included? No, taps are not included as standard however we do stock taps available for your convenience. These can be added to the order under "optional Extras".

Our offering is simple and our delivery service even simpler. All of our furniture & curtain ranges found on the dayex.co.uk website are delivered to room in 5-10 working days or less.

Delivery Service

Orders placed before 12pm each day will be delivered in 5 working days for our Signature Collection & 10 working days for our new Autograph Collection.

Orders are subject to a delivery charge of £59+VAT

Deliveries north of Manchester currently incur an additional 5days delivery time however every effort will be made to reduce this.

Deliveries can be made to non-domestic addresses only. This does not include supported living/extra care services. Residential addresses working with domiciliary care agencies will be treated on a case by case basis.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However if you are not, we are happy to replace or refund. See below for conditions:

Returning products:

  • Sale or return returns policy: Goods must be sent back at the same time and on the same delivery vehicle that brought them to you, and signed by the person who placed the order.
  • Products must be in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Goods can be exchanged at no extra cost to you, provided total order is above our free delivery threshold. Orders below this threshold will be subject to delivery charge.
  • Items that have been modified and or organised as "special" products, i.e. products that are not immediately returnable into stock are non returnable however every effort will be made to ensure a happy arrangement

Damaged Goods:

  • Goods must be thoroughly checked by customer on delivery prior to delivery personnel leaving the site.
  • Any damage must be reported to delivery personnel and noted on delivery paperwork
  • Any damages reported after goods have been signed for, will not be accepted.
